Introduction to Statistics with SPSS Course
SPSS makes statistical analysis more accessible for the
beginner and more convenient for the experienced user. The Data Editor offers a
simple and efficient spreadsheet-like facility for entering data and browsing
the working data file. Most tasks can be accomplished simply by pointing and
clicking the mouse!

Who may Attend
This course is aimed at researchers with a basic working
knowledge of statistics, who are/will be required to carry out statistical
analysis in the course of their research.It is not expected that, in a short
course, you will become proficient in analysis, but you will appreciate what
statistics can do and you will learn what issues need to be addressed in data
collection and analysis.
Prerequisites

Basic computer skills:
minimum Windows XP or later.

Basic English language
knowledge.

A course consists of eight sessions. Each of these two hour sessions will include a lecture accompanied by
